Senior Portrait Session - Not every guys DREAM! -

I'll be honest, guys are not my forte'.  The reason being that guys are just not as into pictures as girls are.  Going to take multiple pictures with a few outfit changes as if they were having a photo session is not every guys dream.  (but I tell them its to make mom happy one last time before they graduate).  Its rare that guys even get their senior pictures done, however I was so excited to hear from Joe's mom to schedule a session.  He was the typical guy, not excited about pictures at all.  Wanting them to be finished.  However, we moved quick and he was a trooper and made it through them just fine!  Here's a couple from our session.

Grover-Brown Wedding - Oakland Temple

Such a pleasure to photography these two on this wonderful day.  The night before the wedding I panicked a bit because it was supposed to rain all day, 90% chance for heavens sake.  So I stopped by Target and bought some cute umbrellas just incase we needed them.  But low and behold there was not a drop all day.  Beautiful blue sky, puffy clouds, and BRIGHT SUN!!! Yikes it was bright!  But we had a great time and were able to take all the shots we wanted.  I loved that these two were able to travel around the grounds with me and snap to our hearts delight.   Thank you Stephanie and Jesse, you guys are amazing and so much fun!  I wish you the best with your lives as you grow and share them with each other. 

Sweet Little "T" - Newborn Photography -

Last week I was able to attend a fantastic photography conference, which I was able to learn so much from.  However, because of it I had to put off taking these adorable little "T" pictures till today.  

Can I just say I loved every part of taking her pictures!  She is so sweet and cute I just wanted to kiss her all day, but kept them to my self.  Okay, I snuck one in on her check, but she is related.  I am so excited that she is here and that her family is enjoying her so much.  Congratulations!

Baby Girl "P" - P is for Princess in this family! - Newborn - Lodi, CA

A little less than a month ago our dear friends had their first baby.  Oh what a joy she is!  I was sad that my husband and I were on a cruise for our 10 year anniversary when she was born, because I was hoping to be able to help document baby P's birth story.  But, at least when we got back I was able to capture these adorable pictures of her.  I can't wait to watch this little one grow up.

 

Mommy and Baby Girl P - Lodi, Newborn Photographer

  A couple days ago I posted a couple pictures of Little P's Daddy and her.  Finally, I've gotten a chance between sick (fever only, thank heavens) kiddos.  Total count for our house is 3 of the 4 kids, and me.  Blah!  Oh, well, I just can't wait to finish editing these pictures.  I am so in love with how they turned out.  I hope that mommy Tausha is too!  She is such a beautiful new mommy and has so much love for her little princess!!!  

     

Pictures of Baby girl "P" will be coming soon as well!  I don't normally blog so many of a session, but being so close to them I felt I just couldn't keep them to my self!

Daddy and Baby Girl P - Newborn pictures - Lodi, CA

Here I am working on a session I just took this week and I am dying over these pictures.   For those of you that follow Tausha's blog there will be a ton more posted on here for you to enjoy, but I just can't wait to finish them all to post them.  So, heres a few of Daddy and Baby Girl P.  Chad just adores his new little princess.  Since I met Chad 11 years ago, I knew he'd be a great dad, so it's such a great experience to see him in action with her.  So sweet, so careful, so loving!!!  Congratulations again Wierlos!

Senior Portrait Session - Senior 2013 -

 It's so fun to watch a girl grow up and become a young lady graduating from high school.  I loved being able to take these picture and spend a little time with her getting to know her even more than I already do.  Photography is such a rewarding experience in so many ways and I'm excited to see where this budding photographer goes in her life!

Maternity Style Inspiration - Find the Perfect Look!

This week I'm posting about Maternity Styles.  Honestly there are so many avenues that one can go down.  Theres the Classic, Simple, Trendy, Vintage, and the list goes on and on.  I tend to lean a bit towards everything, but classic not time dating is something I like a lot.  However,  they are pregnancy pictures and in 20 years you'll look back and remember it's 20 years ago, so out with the time stamps...cause it's in your head anyway.  Anyhow,  below is a bunch of images I've pulled of of Pinterest that I think are adorable!  There are so many, but I find that Pinterest you can find a lot of what you are looking for quickly.
